WHAT IS AN ARAPAIMA LOYALTY PROGRAMM ?

It is a Loyalty Card for CUSTOMERS who seek value-added benefits at NOLIMIT, GLITZ, Y Pay More. It is a way of rewarding your loyalty, now at your fingertips.

HOW DO I GET ENROLLED?

SILVER CARD

Register through your mobile number instantly. (It can be with any mobile telecommunication network) You will get an instant Arapaima Silver Card when you handover the duly completed application form along with Rs.200/- to any of our showroom cashier counters
When you want to collect points simply give your mobile number to the cashier or your Arapaima card. The Card will be activated at the first swipe, and the accumulation of points will start immediately. But the first redemption can be done after 7 working days.

GOLD CARD

You should be an Arapaima member for a period of minimum 12 months. You will get a free card.
You should have earned a minimum of 12,000 points during the period of 12 months (Your point redemption during this period will not effect the “GOLD CARD” selection criteria).

ARAPAIMA BENEFITS

- Every purchase of Rs.100/- will earn you 2 points on your Silver Card (2 Points = 2 Rupees)
- Every purchase of Rs.100/- will earn you 3 points on your Gold Card (3 Points = 3 Rupees)
The points will be added to the accumulated total points at the end of the day.
The points could be redeemed at any of our showrooms.(Card should be produced for redemption)
The accumulated points will indicate deduction entitlement (eg. If you have earned 200 points, and you need to purchase Rs.1,500/- product, then you can ask to deduct 200 points and pay the balance amount of 1300/- to the cashier)
Whenever an Arapaima member makes a purchase, the corresponding points will be shown at the bottom of the bill.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Arapaima Card issued, remains the property of NOLIMIT. NOLIMIT has the right to issue, decline or withdraw the Card anytime or to terminate the Arapaima Loyalty program without any notice.
NOLIMIT reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions or to introduce new terms and conditions including forfeiture of unused points from time to time.
NOLIMIT has the right to vary the points rate at any time.
Points can be earned through your registered mobile number or by producing the card. Redemption of points could be done ONLY through the Arapaima Card.

In case of the card lost or damaged, a replacement card can be obtained by paying RS.200/-.
All Arapaima Points accumulated during the period of one calendar year from 1st January to 31st December, will expire on the 28th February of the following year.
