Order Cancellation, Return & Exchange

NOLIMIT will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as a request to return is received by us within 14 days of receipt of the item and is returned to us in original packaging, unused and in resalable condition.

Orders can be exchanged from the nearby NOLIMIT Outlets, simply produce the purchase invoice at the exchange counter and exchange your desired product at your convenience

You can return/Exchange products via courier. Once we receive the returned item, we will process the exchange and send the replacement product to you.

Return/Exchange shipping will be paid at the customer’s expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping.

If the product is damage or you have received the wrong product, the shipping charges for the return/exchange will excluded.

Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed to store credit for a future purchase. We will notify you once this has been completed through email.

NOLIMIT will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid.

If you change your mind within 12 hrs. of placing your order, you are eligible to cancel your order without being charged a cancellation fee
